charmed by every detail
sound system very nice vibe
I found a riad with a sound system in each room, its a nice touch. piano evenings created an very nice vibe. I really liked it. i tasted good cocktails. The selection had diversity. i grew fond of this riad because it felt cozy and safe.
i noted the lack of atsmophere during the day. i felt the owner was patronising and not great with customer service. overpriced food and drinks did bother me.

the elephant suite welcomed me with comfort and elegance. i found an arab-african style that felt luxurious. the modern and elegant design included care in every detail.

Wonderful Riad Experience
polite staff excellent transfer tranquil getaway
The staff was very polite. Transfers arranged by the hotel worked well. The room was decorated in a traditional style. This riad offered a tranquil escape from the Medina's intensity. Excellent food and wine choices were available. The staff gave me information on local activities and points of interest.
The music in the evening was very loud. It was difficult to relax because it could be heard throughout the riad. The lighting was dim making it hard to read. The water pressure was inconsistent and the shower curtain did not prevent bathroom flooding.

Stylish Oasis with Great Hospitality
excellent service stylish bar delicious pastries quiet area
The staff provided excellent service, fulfilling all requests quickly. The riad features a stylish bar with quality cocktails. Breakfast was delicious (especially the pastries!) and beautifully presented each morning. I found the reading area quiet and relaxing.
The pool was not heated enough to use it comfortably.
